Subscription Agreement
Turkish Association for Psychopharmacology (TAP) Website Subscription Agreement
This membership agreement outlines the rules of the TAP website. All members must accept this agreement and comply with the Website Rules and Rules Regulating Communication Between Members as outlined below.
This website is owned by TAP. Construction of the website and all the materials contained in the website are the property of TAP. These materials cannot be copied, reproduced, published or distributed without the written permission of TAP.
Website Rules:
1. Services within the website can be suspended temporarily or permanently by TAP at any time.
2. Personal information provided when registering as a member cannot be used for any other purposes.
3. The information provided by members and contained in the database may be used for statistical purposes, e.g., determining trends in the types website users as a basis for enriching the content of the website.
4. Website membership is granted for a single individual. Membership cannot be transferred to or used by others. Each user is allowed to create a single account. Only the member knows the password chosen when registering. The member is responsible for password selection and protection. TAP is not liable for problems arising from the use of passwords.
5. All information provided during registration for the website must be accurate and current. TAP reserves the right to suspend a membership in cases where the information provided is clearly wrong.
6. TAP reserves the right to determine the authorization of members to access certain parts of the website.
7. Every effort is made in the preparation and publication of this website to eliminate malicious software threats (e.g., viruses, worms). TAP is not responsible from any damage that might arise from the secondary use of this web address or the website for transmission of such software threats.
Rules Regulating Communication Between Members:
1. Members cannot load or share any information that may constitute a crime by national or international law.
2. Members cannot post or transmit illegal, threatening, insulting, profane, defamatory, vulgar, pornographic, offensive or immoral information that may be offensive to other users.
3. Any broadcasts or messages that violate privacy rights, copyrights, trade protections or trademarks are prohibited.
4. Members must not post or transmit any information, software or other material containing viruses or other harmful elements.
5. TAP is not responsible for the content posted by members in the interactive areas of the website.
6. TAP is not responsible for the content accessed via links or advertisements on the website.
7. All members must take suitable precautions when sharing personal or private information with other members via the TAP website. Sharing of private information, e.g. credit card numbers, is strictly prohibited.
Termination of Membership
Any member who violates the rules outlined in this Website Subscription Agreement may have their membership suspended or revoked without prior notice by TAP and legal proceedings may be initiated if appropriate.
If a member wishes to voluntarily resign his or her membership, it will be canceled as soon as possible after their request is received.
